Short version: this site sets no cookies of its own and does not track you. It stores your email address only if you give it to us, to send you what you asked for.

Who is responsible

Newsletter and free downloads

When you sign up for the newsletter or a free download, we store your email address and the date and source of your consent; at signup Kit also receives your IP address and browser details, as any website you send a form to does. Kit (Kit Inc., USA), our email service, stores and sends the emails for us under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You confirm it once by email, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We keep your address until you unsubscribe, and the record of your consent as long as the law asks us to prove it.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, uses no local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. We see totals such as page views and countries, never who you are.

Hosting

Cloudflare delivers this site. To do that and to block attacks, it processes your IP address and technical request data for a short time (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) that tells people from bots.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@techaxolotl.com. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
